Lecturer in the Department of Safety Engineering at Jiangsu University, certified safety engineer, first level safety evaluator, and expert in safety production in Zhenjiang City. He teaches courses on safety regulations, emergency regulations, and safety monitoring technology, and has been engaged in safety training, safety management consulting services, and safety production informatization work for more than 20 years. He has won the first prize of the State Administration of Work Safety's Safety Production Science and Technology Achievement Award and the third prize of Jiangsu Province's Safety Production Science and Technology Achievement Award; Hosted the Key Technology Project for Prevention and Control of Major Safety Accidents of the State Administration of Work Safety in 2016, and published multiple related professional papers.
