The latest research paper by our environmental pollution and health team, "Identification and selective monitoring of multi-component metal ion mixtures in complex systems using fluorescence array sensors," has been published online in the top journal in the field of environmental science and engineering, Journal of Hazardous Materials (IF: 13.6). Jiangsu University is the first completion unit, our faculty member Meng Hui is the first author, and Professor Zhang Zhen is the corresponding author.

This study focuses on multi-objective analysis of heavy metal pollutants in water environments, and develops a fluorescent array sensor based on nanomaterials to achieve qualitative and quantitative detection of seven heavy metal ions in environmental water bodies. The constructed fluorescent array sensor can provide low-cost and highly sensitive rapid detection technology support for environmental monitoring.
