In order to further promote the spirit learning of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and guide the majority of teachers and students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and lay a solid ideological foundation, on the evening of November 13, Zhao Xinglian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the School of Environment and Safety Engineering, with the theme of "forge ahead in the '15th Five Year Plan': jointly draw a new blueprint for Chinese path to modernization", taught more than 30 party members and comrades a rich and profound learning and education special party lesson in the 118 lecture hall of the College.
