Introduction: Xi Guangcheng, Chief Inspection Expert/Researcher at the China Institute of Inspection and Testing Technology, and a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation at the State Administration for Market Regulation. Graduated from the Department of Chemistry at the University of Science and Technology of China and a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS) in Japan. Hosted multiple national and provincial-level research projects, including 2 major national R&D programs, 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and 2 quality inspection public welfare research projects, and completed 9 national standards. He won the second prize of Beijing Natural Science Award, the first prize of the Chinese Association of Analytical Testing for Alternative Learning Technology, the first prize of the Chinese Society of Granules for Particle Testing and other awards as the first completer, and won 12 national invention patent authorizations (2 transfers). Currently, he is the vice chairman of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technology Committee | TC279, a member of the Science and Technology Innovation Committee of the National Market Salt Pipe Corporation, a member of the Light Scattering Professional Committee of the Chinese Physical Society, a member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Standards and Testing of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Particle Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society, and an editor of the Chinese Chemical Letters/Yuanhuishe Journal, and other academic services. At Nat Published over 100 papers in international journals such as Commun,.. Am. Chem. Soc, Angew. Chem. int. Ed. Lead the technology research and development for responding to major events such as "real and fake pearl powder" and "cosmetic nanoparticles"
