个人简介:2008年毕业于日本神户大学,江苏大学固体废弃物能源转化与利用研究所所长,江苏大学生物质能源研究院支部书记,中巴“合成生物学与生物质炼制国际合作联合实验室”主任,江苏省“六大高峰人才”,江苏省“双创博士”,江苏省“双创团队”骨干。江苏省海洋学会理事,中国生物发酵产业协会酵素分会专家委员会副秘书长,江苏大学“优秀教师”,美国华盛顿州立大学任访问学者,Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology等期刊客座编辑。主要研究领域是农林废弃生物质资源高值化利用,合成生物学技术,微生物代谢通路与调控机制研究。主持了国家重点研发课题、江苏省重点研发项目等国家级、省部级课题10余项。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Biotech Adv,Renew Sust Energ Rew、Green Chem、Bioresource Technol、J Clean Prod等国际期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,IF>10的论文8篇,其中5篇入选ESI高被引论文,2篇ESI热点论文。作为第一申请人申请发明专利20余项,授权9项,申请PCT专利两项,授权1项。

1、微生物与酶资源挖掘及其在环境、农业、生物医药等领域应用;

2、土壤与水环境的生物修复、PFAS等环境新污染物的生物降解与生态修复;

3、生物基化学品的生物转化及加工过程,天然产物合成及代谢调控与其在环境修复、生物医药、功能食品方面应用;

4、农林废弃生物质资源综合利用,生物基材料制备与功能研究、3D打印生物基可降解材料;

5、环境新污染物的生物降解与生态修复。
